Kristoffer Sällfors är specialiserad inom offentlig upphandling och upphandling i försörjningssektorerna. Han har mångårig erfarenhet inom området och anlitas regelbundet av upphandlande myndigheter och enheter för rådgivning i upphandlingens alla stadier. Kristoffer anlitas även av leverantörer till offentlig sektor och vid företagsöverlåtelser på offentliga marknader. Han har erfarenheter av upphandling av koncessioner och av frågor som rör sociala krav i upphandlingar. Kristoffer anlitas löpande i överprövningsmål av både upphandlande myndigheter/enheter och av leverantörer och han har gedigen erfarenhet av att föra talan i svenska domstolar och i EU-domstolen. Han anlitas även som föreläsare vid universitet och på konferenser i Sverige och utomlands.
