Louise Brorsson Salomon is a partner, CEO, and the Managing Partner of Vinge. Before becoming
managing partner, Louise was responsible for Vinge's banking and finance practice group in
Stockholm. Louise is ranked as a leading lawyer in Sweden in banking and finance by Chambers
and Partners Global, Chambers and Partners Europe, IFLR, Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal.
Louise is also consistently ranked as an IFLR Women Leader for Sweden.

Cecilia Möller Norsted

Cecilia Möller Norsted

Partner  Head of Litigation and Arbitration, Stockholm

Cecilia Möller Norsted specialises in commercial dispute resolution, including international and domestic arbitration as well as Swedish litigation. She has broad experience of arbitrations under a number of different arbitration rules, including the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). She acts as counsel in disputes in various sectors, including energy, telecommunications, real estate disputes and disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, and also has extensive experience of proceedings relating to challenges of arbitral awards.

Jonas Johansson has extensive experience of private M&A, private equity and corporate law issues in relation to private M&A transactions and advises both sponsors and industrial actors in a broad range of industries, often with cross-border elements. Jonas regularly represents clients in relation to various types of acquisitions and disposals and structured deals and advises on corporate and contract law issues.

Malin Malm Waerme specialises in intellectual property law and technology-related matters. Malin has extensive experience with IP disputes concerning patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and trade secrets. Malin also focuses on providing legal and strategic advice related to contract-based intellectual property matters, including issues arising in the context of transactions, restructuring, licensing, collaboration and development agreements.

Matthias Pannier is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, joint ventures and complex carve-outs in various industry sectors, including financial services, IT, technology and telecommunications, life sciences and health, retail and energy as well as infrastructure. Matthias is a qualified lawyer in Sweden, Germany, and England & Wales and holds a PhD in European company law.

Anna Palmérus

Anna Palmérus specialises in EU & competition law and insolvency & reconstruction law. Anna has vast experience from advising both national and international clients out of Stockholm, New York and Gothenburg in all aspects of EU & competition law for more than 25 years. She is also head of Vinge’s Insolvency & Reconstruction practice group in Gothenburg and, for the last 15 years, has been regularly engaged by clients for all kinds of insolvency and reorganisation law advice including reconstructions, bankruptcies and advice to management in cases of insolvency. She is the Managing Partner of Vinge Gothenburg as of March 2019.

Michele Fara

Michele Fara specialises in dispute resolution, maritime and transport law and commercial agreements. He has extensive experience of both international and domestic arbitration and civil proceedings, particularly concerning complex contractual disputes. Furthermore, Michele is head of the firm’s Maritime and Transport Law practice group and is regularly engaged by clients in the transport and logistics sector, industrial companies and insurers in relation to essentially all kinds of matters within shipping and transportation. He also assists clients within the energy sector in several major projects concerning new energy and climate change mitigation.

Oskar Arthur has been Vinge's CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer) in Gothenburg since January 2025. He is leading the business development and go-to-market strategy of the business in Gothenburg. Oskar believes that proactivity and close dialogue with clients is the key to success and the best complement to legal advice. Before joining Vinge, Oskar worked in a similar role at one of the Big Four firms in Sweden for 8 years.

Wibeke Sorling

Wibeke Sorling

Partner, Gothenburg

Wibeke Sorling specialises in M&A (both private and public), corporate law and commercial agreements. She has extensive experience of international transactions, with a special focus on carve-outs. Before joining Vinge, she worked as a general counsel with a company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. Over the years, she has assisted and advised companies within engineering, biotech, as well as the sales and manufacturing industries.

Yohanna Öhrnegård

Yohanna Öhrnegård

Partner, Gothenburg

Yohanna Öhrnegård is a seasoned counsel focusing on commercial dispute resolution, with vast experience in Swedish civil proceedings as well as Swedish and international arbitration. She also spearheads the Employment Law practice group at Vinge’s Gothenburg office, providing both traditional and strategic employment law advice. She regularly advises clients on employment matters relating to acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, dismissals, consultations, senior executives, and the structuring of incentive schemes. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in contentious employment law, she possesses substantial expertise in safeguarding trade secrets and navigating complex disputes in this evolving field.

Anna Edström specialises in real estate law and real estate transactions as well as private M&A. She advises domestic and international clients and has extensive knowledge from transactions and matters across a wide range of sectors such as real estate, private equity and energy and she also teaches at Lund University. She has been the Managing Partner of Vinge Malmö since 2022.

Christoffer Thalin

Christoffer Thalin

Partner, Malmo

Christoffer Thalin specialises within energy and infrastructure related M&A and co-heads Vinge’s Energy and Infrastructure practice group. He mainly advises international and domestic investors in Swedish renewable energy projects, but frequently also financiers and developers within the same area and within infrastructure in general. Christoffer Thalin is ranked among Sweden’s leading lawyers within Energy by Chambers and Partners Europe, IFRL and Legal 500.

Jerker Kjellander

Jerker Kjellander

Partner, Malmo

Jerker Kjellander heads Vinge’s Dispute Resolution practice group in Skåne. He specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation with particular experience of construction disputes, disputes related to M&A and the energy sector. Jerker acts as both counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitral proceedings with experience from disputes handled according to, among others, the SCC, ICC, LCIA and DIS rules. Further, he regularly lectures in various courses at Lund University.

Jerker Kjellander is a member of the board of the Swedish Bar Association, the executive committee of the Swedish Arbitration Association and is the president of the Arbitration Association of Southern Sweden.
