Wibeke Sorling is an experienced M&A and corporate law partner, with close to 15 years of experience advising Swedish and international clients on complex transactions, commercial agreements, and capital markets matters.

Wibeke regularly leads cross-border legal workstreams and has acted on numerous domestic and multinational deals spanning a wide range of industries and businesses (such as automotive, market software, manufacturing industries and technical trading companies. Her practice covers the full spectrum of M&A – from private equity-backed acquisitions and corporate divestitures to public market transactions – as well as commercial arrangements of all kinds. She is also regularly engaged in complex carve-outs.

Having served as General Counsel of ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ), a company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Wibeke brings a valuable in-house perspective to her advisory work, including a good understanding of the demands facing listed companies.
