Albert Wållgren

Albert is a partner in Vinge's banking and finance practice and has extensive experience in representing banks, investors, alternative lenders and borrowers in their most complex financing matters. He has a particular focus on private equity financing (acquisition financing and various types of fund financing), project finance (e.g. within wind power, infrastructure and other types of civil engineering projects and not least within energy and natural resources) and structured finance products such as securitisations, FinTech financing and capital adequacy instruments (AT1 och T2) - both lender and borrower side. Albert is also responsible for Vinge's advice on derivatives, ISDA documentation and netting and is part of Vinge's expert group on restructuring and insolvency.

Albert has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and the international financial markets and has worked for the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg and the US law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and London. He is ranked as a leading lawyer in Sweden within banking and finance by Chambers and Partners Global, Chambers and Partners Europe, IFRL and Legal 500.
