Vinge advises Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. in connection with a major industry investment in Sweden

Vinge is advising the Chinese company Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. in connection with their investment in Eskilstuna.

Senior is one of the leading suppliers of separator film for lithium battery, and with its 2.5 billion SEK investment, Senior is going to build one of Europe’s biggest factories for separator film for lithium battery, becoming one of Northvolt’s suppliers and creating 500-600 jobs in Eskilstuna, Sweden. 

Vinge's team primarily consisted of, among others, Qun Gu, Frida Ställborn, Josefine Lanker, Albert Wållgren and Hanna Yan Karlsson.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
