Vinge advises Dunlop Aircraft Tyres in connection with its issuance of USD 93 million senior secured bonds

Vinge has advised Dunlop, in connection with its issuance of senior secured bonds in the amount of USD 93 million, under a total framework of USD 120 million.

Dunlop is a leading independent global designer and supplier of high-quality aircraft tyres serving the commercial, military and freighter aircraft markets and is a portfolio company of Liberty Hall Capital Partners.

The bonds share a common security package pursuant to an intercreditor agreement and waterfall arrangement with a super senior lender.

Pareto Securities AB acted as sole bookrunner in the transaction.

Vinge’s team consisted of Albert Wållgren, Arvid Weimers and William Carlberg Johansson.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

 Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
