Vinge advises Manor Group on joint venture between Rabbalshede Kraft and Ardian Infrastructure regarding the wind farm Lyrestad

Vinge advices Manor Group in connection with Rabbalshede Kraft AB’s (publ) joint venture with Ardian Infrastructure regarding the construction and operation of the wind farm Lyrestad with twenty-two wind turbines and a total effect of 76 megawatt.

Manor Group is the majority owner of Rabbalshede Kraft. Google has entered into a long-term Power Purchase Agreement for the purchase of the entire target full-year production of the wind farm of 234 GWh.

Vinge’s team consisted of among others partners Peter Sundgren and Johan Göthberg (M&A / energy) and associates Gustav Tengblad (M&A / energy) and Albert Wållgren (Banking & Finance).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
