Vinge has advised Scandic on new credit facilities with SEK 7.5 billion credit facilities

Vinge has represented Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) in connection with a facilities agreement for SEK 7,500,000,000 with a syndicate of banks, arranged by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige.

The facilities will be used to, among other things, refinance existing debt and finance the planned acquisition of the Dalata Hotel Group, while strengthening the group’s financial flexibility. The financing has a tenor of three years with an option to extend for a further two years.
 
Scandic is the largest hotel company in the Nordic region, with around 68,000 hotel rooms spread across approximately 320 hotels in operation and under development. Scandic is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge has successfully advised Montrose by Carnegie AB in connection with its application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for authorisation to conduct securities business. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 July 2026.
