Vinge advises Ingrid Capacity on its issuance of senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 400 million

Vinge has acted as legal counsel to Ingrid Capacity AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of senior secured bonds in an aggregate principal amount of SEK 400 million, issued under a total framework amount of SEK 1 billion.

Ingrid Capacity is a leading Swedish developer, owner and operator of large-scale battery energy storage systems. The systems contribute to the stability of the Nordic power grid and support the transition to renewable energy.

The bonds are secured by a joint security package under an intercreditor agreement and a waterfall arrangement with a super-senior lender.

DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in the transaction.

Vinge’s team consists of Albert Wållgren, Arvid Weimers, Anna Wisborg and Olivia Altheden.
