Vinge advises Qflow on senior secured bond issuances

Vinge has advised Qflow Group AB (publ) in connection with two subsequent issuances of senior secured bonds totaling SEK 600 million under the company's existing bond framework.

Following bondholder approval via a written procedure, which also increased the framework amount from SEK 1.2 billion to SEK 1.6 billion, Qflow settled a SEK 400 million tap issue. A further SEK 200 million of subsequent bonds, initiated by reverse inquiry, was subsequently issued, bringing the total nominal amount outstanding under the framework to SEK 1,600 million.

Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and Pareto Securities AB acted as joint bookrunners on both issuances.

Vinge's team consisted of Albert Wållgren, Lionardo Ojeda, Felix Möller, Anna Wisborg, Julia Gudmundsson and Pontus Tegström.
