Vinge offers advice on insurance law issues in connection with acquisitions, transfers, establishment, restructuring, financing and liquidation of business entities.
We have particular expertise in strategic matters of insurance regulatory law and endeavour to maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the industry.

We also take on assignments relating to contracts or disputes in the insurance sector, and advise on issues pertaining to different kinds of insurance products, particularly liability insurance such as product liability, environmental liability, management liability and professional indemnity.

Maritime & Transport Insurance

Vinge also specializes in maritime and transport insurance. We regularly advise clients in matters concerning P&I , hull and cargo insurance as well as other transport related insurance solutions.

Crisis Management

At Vinge we have unique experience of crisis management in insurance companies – lawyers at Vinge have served as liquidators in the two insurance companies that have lost their licences.
