Maria Dahlin Kolvik is a partner in Vinge’s private M&A practice in Stockholm with a specific focus on venture capital and growth equity. She regularly advises international and domestic investors, including venture capital funds, corporate VCs and family offices, as well as growth companies and founders in a broad range of industries including cleantech and renewables, fintech, life sciences and e-commerce.

Maria also has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, representing private equity sponsors and industrial clients in controlled auctions and bilateral processes, exits, buy-and-build cases, carve-outs and restructurings. She regularly advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies within areas such as industrial and manufacturing, consumer goods, technology and digital infrastructure.

As part of her general corporate practice, Maria also advises on matters relating to corporate governance, incentive programs and general corporate law matters.

In 2017-2018 Maria was seconded to the legal department of the H&M Group where she supported their in-house corporate VC with several investments in both Sweden and abroad.

In addition to her legal practice, Maria is a frequent guest lecturer at various academic institutions and sits on the board of Business Challenge Sweden. She is highly engaged in Vinge’s innovation initiatives within LegalTech and AI, and was part of Vinge’s Innovation Panel during the years 2018-2023.
