Vinge advises Doconomy in connection with its EUR 34 million Series B round

Vinge has advised Doconomy AB, a fintech start-up that provides banks with resources to promote financial health and climate action, in connection with its EUR 34 million Series B funding round. The round was led by UBS Next, the VC and innovation arm of UBS, and existing investor CommerzVentures, which acted as co-lead. Other shareholders who participated in the round include Motive Ventures, PostFinance and Tenity.

The funding will support Doconomy's product offering and expansion in North America, fostering broader adoption and engagement of the tools Doconomy provides.

Vinge's team consisted primarily of Jonas Johansson, Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Måns Håkansson and Ida Appelgren.
