Vinge advises the founders of Nordic Knots in connection with the investment in the company by Imaginary Ventures and other investors

Vinge has advised the founders of Nordic Knots in connection with an investment in the company led by Imaginary Ventures, with additional investors including Creades, IRIS Ventures and St Dominique Capital.

Nordic Knots is a Stockholm-based design company in the premium home décor segment, founded in 2016. The company has a revenue of approximately SEK 670 million over the last twelve months and an average annual revenue growth of more than 60 per cent over the past three years. The company’s biggest market is the United States, which accounts for approximately 69 per cent of sales, with key European markets including the United Kingdom, France and Sweden. Nordic Knots has a flagship store in New York and a showroom in Stockholm.

The investment was led by Imaginary Ventures, a US-based specialist fund focused on premium and brand-driven companies, with prior investments in Skims, Westman Atelier and Reformation, among others.

Vinge’s team consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Egil Svensson and Matilda Hamner (M&A).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB
