Vinge advises Baseload Capital in connection with an investment by Chevron Technology Ventures

Vinge has advised Baseload Capital Holding AB in connection with an investment of around USD 25,000,000 in the company, whereby the US fund Chevron Technology Ventures becomes a new shareholder. Other investors in the share issue are Breakthrough Energy Ventures and Gullspång Invest AB which are existing shareholders.

Baseload Capital Holding AB is financing international projects for renewable energy, primarily geothermal energy through its subsidiary, Baseload Capital Sweden AB (publ).

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Kristina Ekberg, Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Hanna Risberg and Gustav Persson.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
