Vinge has advised FAM in connection with its investment in GreenIron

Vinge has advised FAM AB, owned by the Wallenberg Foundations, in connection with its investment in GreenIron H2 AB. Through the round, GreenIron raised in total SEK 125 million in additional funding from existing shareholders, with FAM now becoming the company’s largest owner.

GreenIron is a Swedish company focused on cost efficient fossil free reduction of metal oxides to pure metals. The company is in the final stage before commercial operations, currently undergoing hot commissioning of its first production site in Sandviken.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Jonas Johansson, Maria Dahlin Kolvik and Alva Thörn (M&A) as well as Sebastian Örndahl, Fredrik Hellström and Hampus Peterson (FDI).
