Vinge advises Alrik Technologies in connection with seed-funding from Pi Labs

Vinge advises Alrik Technologies in connection with its seed-funding from global venture capital firm Pi Labs.

Alrik Technologies was launched in 2023 and offers a SaaS-platform for the construction sector, enabling developers and contractors to measure emissions targets while digitalising the logistic network in order to reduce project delay, delivery lead times and costs. Alrik works directly with distributors to monitor and optimize emissions from construction deliveries through a single, unified platform, and already has over 100 customers.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Johansson, Maria Dahlin Kolvik and Gustav Persson.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
