Victor Ericsson is a partner in Vinge's Corporate Tax practice group in Stockholm. He specialises in tax law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Since 2013, he has worked full-time with tax matters and regularly assists clients across several industries in tax matters. Victor Ericsson has extensive experience of national and international tax issues in connection with, for example, mergers and acquisitions, property transfers, financing, carried interest, complex restructurings, IPOs and incentive programmes.
