Vinge has advised in connection with the sale of Kynningsrud Prefab Holding, which is a manufacturer of concrete elements for the construction industry.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Daniel Lennartsson Anderås, Hampus Wahlberg, Magnus Pauli, Anna Ståhlklo, Anna Palmerus and Victor Ericsson. PWC acted as financial adviser to Kynningsrud.
