Vinge advises PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) in connection with cross-border merger and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm and Euronext Oslo Børs

Vinge has advised PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) (“PPI”) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm and secondary listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. The listing was carried out through a cross-border merger whereby PPI absorbed Public Property Invest ASA, whose shares were previously listed on Euronext Oslo Børs.

PPI is a Swedish real estate group with a long-term strategy to own, manage and develop public properties in the Nordics in a sustainable manner. The portfolio consists primarily of public properties with tenants in the public sector, centrally located in major cities in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The properties house operations of significant importance to society. As of 31 December 2025, PPI owned and managed approximately 2.2 million square metres across 850 properties with an estimated gross value of approximately NOK 53 billion.
