Vinge has advised AIP Management, an investor specialising in energy and climate transition infrastructure, in connection with the acquisition of an onshore wind farm in Överturingen in central Sweden.
The wind farm has a capacity of 241 MW and has been in operation since 2022. The acquisition agreement was signed in September 2026, and the transaction was completed in October 2026. As a result of this acquisition, together with the previous acquisition of the 71 MW Aldermyrberget wind farm in northern Sweden, AIP Management has established a portfolio of operational Nordic renewable energy assets totalling 312 MW.
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Christoffer Thalin, Agnes Tell, Johan Cederblad, Einar Dahlberg, Lisa Bourghardt, Markus Hedbys, Oscar Bengtsson Kindgren, Sofie Nordgren and Victor Ericsson.
