Vinge advises the American NYSE listed company Pure Storage, Inc. on its acquisition of Compuverde AB. Both Pure Storage and Compuverde are in the field of data storage.

Compuverde is a leading developer of file software solutions for enterprises and cloud providers based in Sweden.
