Vinge advises Altor in connection with its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Marshall Group AB (publ)

Vinge advises the Altor Funds (“Altor”) in connection with its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Marshall Group AB (publ) (“Marshall”) from Varenne AB, Varenne Invest I AB, Zenith Venture Capital I AB, Zenith Venture Capital III AB as well as a large number of smaller investors.

Marshall is an audio-, tech- and design powerhouse, active in more than 90 markets, with approximately SEK four billion of revenues and employs approximately 800 people across eight locations globally.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg and Viktor Lennartsson (M&A), David Olander (Competition), Victor Ericsson and Emelie Svanberg (Tax).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
