Vinge advisor in connection with Klarna's IPO on the New York Stock Exchange

Vinge, together with Latham & Watkins, acted as advisor to bookrunners and managers in connection with the listing of Klarna, the global digital bank and provider of flexible payment solutions, on the New York Stock Exchange.

The first day of trading was September 10, 2025, and Klarna set the price for its IPO at US$40 per share, valuing the company at approximately US$15 billion.

Vinge's team consisted mainly of Johan Larsson (Corporate), Jesper Schönbeck, Amanda Knutsson and Anna Svensson (Equity Capital Markets), Emma Stuart-Beck, Henrik Schön and David Flodin (Regulatory) and Victor Ericsson, Erik Kochbati and Marcus Svärd (Tax).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
