Daniel Wendelsson heads Vinge's practice on public procurement and foreign direct investment control (FDI). Daniel is one of the leading experts in Sweden within public procurement law. He has extensive experience of court litigation in public procurement cases and assists clients at all stages in tender procedures and agreements between public sector and suppliers. Daniel is also engaged by clients in public law matters, including litigation before the administrative courts, public access to documents and secrecy, protective security legislation, constitutional law and the European Convention on Human Rights.
