Daniel Wendelsson heads Vinge's practice on public procurement and foreign direct investment control (FDI). Daniel is one of the leading experts in Sweden within public procurement law and FDI. He has extensive experience of court litigation in public procurement cases and assists clients at all stages in tender procedures and agreements between public sector and suppliers. Daniel has represented clients in a large number of FDI cases before the Swedish FDI Authority. Daniel is also engaged by clients in matters regarding litigation before the administrative courts, constitutional law and the European Convention on Human Rights.
