Vinge advises Bergs Timber AB (publ) and Bitus AB in connection with the divestment of the Fågelfors pellets business to J. Rettenmeier & Söhne. The Fågelfors pellets factory is based in Fågelfors in Högsby. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible counsel Ulrich Ziche tillsammans with Niklas Suni (M&A), Johan Cederblad (Environment), Niclas Winnberg and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate and Construction), Simon Söderholm (Employment), Daniel Wendelsson (Regulatory) and Emelie Schoning (Transaction Support Coordinator).

Vinge has advised the municipality of Varberg in legal proceedings regarding a detailed development plan for a new residential area

 The detailed development plan for approximately 50 new homes in Trönningenäs, north of the city of Varberg, was adopted by the municipality on 23 February 2023. It was subsequently appealed in several stages. By decision of the Land and Environment Court of Appeal, the plan become legally binding on 2 October 2024.
