Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum in connection with the acquisition of Elektro-Emanuel

Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Elektro-Emanuel AB. The company carries out electrical installations for both companies and private individuals and has offices in four cities in western Sweden.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge together with Milbank advises the EQT VIII fund (“EQT”) on its sale of Dellner Couplers (“Dellner”), a leading provider of train connection systems for passenger rail, to Wabtec Corporation (a fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE: WAB). The transaction values Dellner at approximately EUR 890 million. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
