Vinge advises De Forenede Dampvaskerier in conjunction with the acquisition of Textilia

Vinge has advised De Forenede Dampvaskerier A/S in conjunction with the acquisition of the Textilia group.

Textilia delivers and dry cleans work wear and textiles primarily for the healthcare and armed forces sectors and is a nationwide and market leading actor in Sweden. The Textilia group currently has approximately 450 full-time employees and has dry-cleaning facilities in Boden, Långsele, Rimbo, Göteborg, Karlskrona and Örebro.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with associates Joacim Rydergård, Karl Klackenberg, Daniel Johansson and Johan Cederblad.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
