Niklas Törnell is a private M&A/Corporate lawyer with a wide range of M&A experience in several different sectors and type of deals (including but not limited to e-commerce, infrastructure, forestry and food). He has extensive experience from advising clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions and has spent time working for a reputable US law firm on deals in the US.
