Vinge advises on the sale of Vergic

Vinge has advised the founders and other owners in connection with the sale of Vergic Group AB to the Norwegian company, Puzzel AS.

Puzzel is the leading European provider of contact centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions, with more than 1,000 customers in 40 countries. Vergic is Scandinavia’s leading Digital First customer engagement platform, with offices in Malmö (registered office) and Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristian Ford together with Niklas Törnell and Agaton Lindgren.

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
