Vinge assist Marguerite in the acquisition and project financing of the Brännliden wind farm.

Vinge has adviced a fund administrated by Marguerite with the acquisition and project financing of the Brännliden wind farm. Developed by the Swedish wind power developer OX2 AB, the Brännliden wind farm will have a total effect of approximately 42 MW. NORD/LB acted as lender.

The Vinge M&A team was led by Christoffer Thalin (Energy, M&A) who was supported by Mathias Lindquist (Environmental), Philip Åberg (Land, Grid) and Niklas Törnell (M&A).

The Vinge Banking & Finance team was led by Henrik Ossborn (Banking & Finance) who was supported by Fredrik Christiansson (Banking & Finance) and Jack Bengtsson (Banking & Finance).

Vinge has advised Consolid on the establishment of Consolid Equity III

The fund held its final closing on June 2, 2025, having secured commitments from a diverse investor base that includes several leading institutional investors from Europe and North America, as well as established fund-of-funds. The fundraising was highly successful, with the fund significantly oversubscribed. Consolid Equity III has more than doubled its total commitments compared to its predecessor fund.
