Åsa Gotthardsson has worked exclusively with employment law at Vinge since 2007. Åsa regularly assists clients in restructurings and reorganizations as well as mergers/transfer of undertakings. Åsa also specializes in providing strategic advice to client management teams.
Åsa also focuses on providing support and training in relation to work environment, discrimination and sick leave matters (including psychological ill-health). Last year, Åsa assisted in the conduct of investigations relating to serious workplace accidents as well as investigations related to #MeToo
