VINGE ADVISES CORESEC SYSTEMS HOLDING AB

Vinge has advised Coresec Systems Holding AB, which is majority-owned by Perusa Partners Fund 2 L.P., in connection with its acquisition of the Swedish IT security company ISecure Sweden AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible counsel Ulrich Ziche together with associates Johan Steen, Mårten Svensson and Andrea Jägerstad (M&A), partner Karin Grauers (commercial agreements, etc.), associates Åsa Gotthardsson and Tomas Forsgren (employment), Helena Höök and Johan Wahlbom (public procurement and competition) as well as Mathilda Gustafsson (real estate). Partner Mikael Ståhl and associate Lynn Adewald provided financing advice.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
