Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company on a mission to develop and commercialize innovative, lifesaving and life-altering treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a U.S. convertible note purchase agreement comprising USD 30 million aggregate principal amount of unsecured convertible senior notes.

Vinge’s team consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Joel Magnusson, Elias Kröger and Nell Silander (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
