Vinge has advised SEB, Swedbank and Danske Bank in connection with a bridge facility to Catena

Vinge has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Swedbank AB (publ) and Danske Bank A/S in their capacities as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in connection with a term loan bridge facility in an aggregate amount of SEK 4,360,000,000, EUR 195,000,000 and DKK 170,000,000 to Catena AB (publ).

The facility was established to finance Catena’s acquisition of a Nordic logistics portfolio from Urban Partners and to refinance existing indebtedness in the Nordic logistics portfolio. The acquisition comprises a total of 20 modern logistics properties, located in Sweden, in Finland and in Denmark, with a total lettable area of 612,000 sqm. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as coordinator and Danske Bank A/S as agent.
