Vinge advises Hultafors Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Fristads, Kansas and Leijona

The acquisition of Fristads, Kansas and Leijona is part of Hultafors Group’s strategy for growth and development of leading trademarks within the personal security equipment segment in Europe and North America.

Hultafors Group’s products, which include, among other things, protective clothing and protective equipment, are sold to professional users.

The acquisition was completed in March 2021 and Vinge’s team was headed by advokat Wibeke Sorling,  advokat and partner Anna Palmérus, advokat Petronella Hallberg, associate Jenny Sandlund, advokat Alexander Lindeberg as well as associates Victoria GunnerekHanna Marberg and Jacob Benzow.
