Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Elektro-Emanuel AB. The company carries out electrical installations for both companies and private individuals and has offices in four cities in western Sweden.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko together with Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Alexander Rüdén (M&A), Calle Tengwall Pagels and Frithiof Hallgren Wallin (Banking and finance), Niclas Lindblom (Construction), Hanna Kövamees (Real property), Narin Melazade and Jonatan Stentorp (Labor Law), Daniel Wendelsson, David Olander and Hilda Ivarsson (Regulatory) and Johanna Engström (Transaction Support Coordinator).

Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue, through which Hansa raises gross proceeds of approx. SEK 232 million, and restructuring of debt financing. As part of such debt restructuring, Hansa has in conjunction with the directed share issue set-off debt corresponding to approximately USD 14.9 million of its total debt amount.
