Vinge advises Axcel VI and Currentum in connection with the acquisition of Holmströms Rör

Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisitions of Holmströms Rör AB, Holmströms Rör i Ängelholm AB and Holmströms Rör Syd Väst AB.

The companies provide installation and services within heating and sanitation and are based in Skåne. Together, the companies have a turnover of approximately SEK 192 million and approximately 70 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Egil Svensson (M&A), Daniel Prawitz (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment), Calle Tengwall Pagels (Financing), Frida Ställborn (Real Estate) and Anna Ekdahl Roos (project assistant).
