On 31 January 2024, the detailed development plan for phase 1 of the Västerport district in Varberg entered into force. The Swedish Land and Environment Court of Appeal has amended the judgment of the Swedish Land and Environment Court and upheld Varberg Municipality's decision to adopt the detailed development plan. The judgment may not be appealed.
