Daniel Prawitz

Partner

Daniel Prawitz is a partner and co-heads the firm’s practice within construction law. He advises domestic and foreign investors and contractors within all aspects of the construction process from procurement to project completion, and has vast experience from dispute resolution both in the general courts as well from arbitration according to the SCC Rules and ad hoc. He also acts as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience from the general conditions of contract applied in the construction sector, as well as disputes in relation to consultant liability.

From previous experience working inhouse at one of Sweden’s largest construction companies, Daniel Prawitz has deep industry experience and a good understanding of the industry’s specific issues both from a legal and commercial perspective.

Daniel Prawitz also frequently holds lectures within construction and consultancy law.
