Vinge advises Axcel in connection with the launch of a Nordic property well-being service group

Vinge has advised the Nordic private equity firm Axcel in connection with its establishment of a new property well-being service group by creating a platform of 15 companies across Sweden and Norway. The group offers inspection, maintenance and incident management services for properties, with a focus on indoor air quality, moisture and pipes.

All group companies are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with long-standing customer relationships and a high level of expertise in areas such as indoor air quality, moisture control or pipes, and offers its services directly to property owners as well as through facility managers and insurance companies. In total, the new group employs nearly 500 people and generates revenue of more than SEK 800 million.

The transaction is subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
