Vinge has advised the arrangers in connection with St1 Biokraft’s EUR 260 million financing

Vinge has advised the arrangers, ING Bank N.V., ABN AMRO Bank N.V., DNB Bank ASA, Nordea Bank Abp, OP Corporate Bank plc, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA and Swedbank AB, in connection with St1 Biokraft AB’s EUR 260 million financing.

St1 Biokraft is owned by HitecVision and St1 and manages the entire biogas value chain in the Nordics, from raw material sourcing to production, sales and distribution. The company has a production capacity of over 550 GWh and a target to produce 3 TWh of biomethane and achieve 6 TWh in distribution by 2030, with a focus on heavy-duty transport, maritime and industrial applications. The financing is intended to support the continued expansion of the company’s integrated Nordic biogas platform and to refinance existing indebtedness.

ING Bank N.V. acts as agent and security agent.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Henrik Ossborn, Josefine Edström, Karl-Gustaw Tobola och Olivia Carlsten (Finansiering), samt Malin Ohlin och Mario Saad (Corporate Commercial).
