Hanna Marberg is a senior associate in Vinge’s Private M&A Practice Group and also specialises in employment law. Hanna has experience in assisting Swedish and international clients in connection with transactions and various aspects of Swedish employment law matters, including internal investigations, trade union negotiations, collective and individual redundancies, acquisitions, transfers of undertakings and dismissals. Hanna also regularly advises on corporate law matters and commercial agreements.
