Vinge has advised Great Security, one of Sweden’s largest security companies, in connection with the acquisition of Comdate Norrlarm, the largest independent alarm and security company in northern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Great Security’s presence in the region and provides direct access to this geographical market.
Vinge represents Ellevio in the acquisition of Markbygden Net Väst AB, a network company that connects to the national grid via Svenska kraftnät's station in Trolltjärn outside Arvidsjaur, from Enercon.

Vinge advises Ellevio in connection with its acquisition of Markbygden Net AB, a modern transmission network which connects Europe’s largest wind farm cluster Markbygden 1101 outside Piteå in northern Sweden, from Svevind and Enercon.
Vinge represents Altor in connection with its investment in H2 Green Steel. The investment has been carried out in connection with 1.5 billion euro investment round in H2 Green Steel. Investors participating in the capital raise included, in addition to Altor, inter alia AMF, GIC, Hitachi Energy, Kinnevik, Schaeffler, Andra AP-fonden, FAM, Hy24 and Just Climate.
Vinge advises Procuritas Capital Investor VII (“Procuritas”) in connection with its acquisition of PropTech Sweden AB (“PropTech Sweden”) and its subsidiaries Axcell Fastighetspartner AB (“Axcell Fastighetspartner AB”) and Ömangruppen Svenska AB (“Ömangruppen”).
Vinge advises Procuritas Capital Investors in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in The We Select Company AB (“We Select”), a fast-growing digital talent acquisition platform. Key management will retain significant ownership of the company after the transaction.
