Vinge has advised Nimlas in connection with six strategic acquisitions that strengthen the group's position in the Swedish installation market

Nimlas, with KLAR Partners as majority owner, is one of the Nordic region's leading installation groups, comprising close to 140 companies and 5,000 employees in Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Nimlas has acquired Keyvent Öst, J. Svensson Service i Norr, Building Management Systems Technology & Green Tech Solutions AB, Svenska VVS & elanläggningar, Jönköpings Rörtjänst, and EF Rör. Through these acquisitions, Nimlas Sweden takes further steps in its growth strategy 5–50–500: SEK 5 billion in revenue, 50 new companies and SEK 500 million in profit – broadening the group's offering across plumbing and heating, electrical, ventilation, building automation and data networks.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Johanna Wiberg, Fredrik Eriksson Oppliger, Alex Forsberg and Sara Hammond (M&A), Mario Saad and Avidh Tajik (Commercial agreements) and Louisa Fagarasan (Employment).

Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
