Vinge has advised Aspira Partners on the establishment of Aspira Fund I

Vinge has advised Aspira Partners ("Aspira") on the establishment and fundraising of Aspira's inaugural blind-pool fund, Aspira Fund I (D) AB and Aspira Fund I (E) AB (collectively, "Fund I" or the "Fund").

The Fund, which was oversubscribed, closed at its €270 million external capital hard cap. The Fund's investor base consists of a number of highly respected institutional investors from Continental Europe, the Nordic region, and North America. Connaught (EU) B.V. acted as placement agent.
 
Aspira partners directly with founder-led SMEs across the Nordic region, targeting proprietary investments in mission-critical B2B businesses across business services, specialized industrials, and technology with clear opportunities for buy-and-build and organic development. Since launching its fundraise, Fund I has closed four platform investments.
 
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Mattias Schömer, Martin Cronsioe, Marcus Andersson, Tobias Onegård Karlsson, Liva Bihre, Jenny Tolander, Sara Link, Nils Unckel, Mikaela Reinhammar, Anton Sjökvist, Emelie Svanberg, Erik Kochbati, Anna Neubüser, Felicia Andersson and Emelie Zingmark.

Vinge advises Morrow Bank AB (publ) in connection with the bank’s sale of parts of MedMera Bank and the sale of NPL portfolios

Vinge has advised Morrow Bank AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of parts of MedMera Bank’s operations to a leading global credit investment firm. The divestment is structured as a sale of shares and priced at a premium of approximately SEK 90 million above equity value as per the completion date. The transaction includes parts of MedMera’s banking operations such as IT infrastructure, organisation and management, whilst Morrow Bank retains MedMera’s performing loans, deposits, customers, the MedMera brand, the Coop partnership agreement as well as key personnel.
