Yohanna Öhrnegård is specialized in commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience from both Swedish court proceedings and Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. Yohanna also focuses on employment law and heads the employment practice at Vinge in Gothenburg. Her practice covers both traditional and strategic employment law counselling. She frequently advices on employment law issues in connection with acquisitions, transfer of undertakings, dismissals, consultations, high executives and incentive schemes. Yohanna has worked with contentious employment law for over 10 years and has i.a. extensive experience in cases involving attacks on trade secrets.
