Vinge advises Opus Group in conjunction with issuance of bonds

Opus Group AB (publ) (”Opus”) has issued a so called senior unsecured bond in the amount of MSEK 500 MSEK with a term of four years on the Nordic market.

The bond, with a framework amount of MSEK 800, is subject to a variable interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 375 interest points and has a final maturity date in May 2022. The proceeds from the bond issue will primarily be used for refinancing Opus’ outstanding bond in the amount of MSEK 500 with a final maturity date on 20 November 2018 (ISIN: SE0005556834). Opus will apply for listing of the bond on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Anders Strid together with, among others, associates Yohanna Öhrnegård and Lina André.
