Vinge advised when NanoTemper Technologies GmbH acquired shares in Swedish start-up Envue Technologies

Vinge has acted as Swedish counsel to Honert in connection with NanoTemper Technologies GmbH’s acquisition of shares in the Swedish start-up company, Envue Technologies.

NanoTemper Technologies is a biotechnology company headquartered in Munich and Envue Technologies is a Gothenburg-based company specialising in nanotechnology.

Vinge’s team was led by Wibeke Sorling (partner, M&A) with senior associate Hanna Jansson as project manager. Honert’s team from its Munich office was led by Dr. Kai-Klemens Wehlage and Judith Kutter.

Vinge has advised Consolid Equity Investment AB ("Consolid Equity") on the acquisition of Ström & Gulliksson, one of the leading patent agencies in the Nordics. The acquisition forms part of the establishment of Petra Group, a European platform aimed at consolidating patent agencies across Europe to combine expertise and resources primarily within patents and trademarks. Consolid acts as a strategic partner in the new group.
