Michael Spira specializes in intellectual property and marketing law. Michael has a particular focus on disputes relating to trademarks, copyright and patents, and works with prosecution - protecting and defending clients' rights in the EU and globally and providing strategic advice in that area. Michael also regularly assists clients with marketing law issues, license agreements and AI-related law, in particular the EU AI Act.
